Feel Good Felts (hereinafter Company) is committed to providing a confidential service to its clients.  No information given to the Company will be shared with any other organisation or individual without the client’s expressed permission.  


For the purpose of this policy, confidentiality relates to the transmission of personal, sensitive or identifiable information about individuals or organisations (confidential information), which comes into the possession of the Company through its work and/or services. 


The Company holds personal data about its clients, users, and etc. which will only be used for the purposes for which it was gathered and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of the Company without prior permission.


All personal data will be dealt with sensitively and in the strictest confidence internally and externally.




The purpose of the Confidentiality Policy is to ensure that all Owners, Associates, Members, Agents, Workers and Employees (currently company has no workers or employees) understand the Company requirements in relation to storing, securing, and disclosing personal data and confidential information.




  • All personal paper-based and/or electronic data shall be stored in accordance with the US and International Data Processing Laws and shall be secured against unauthorized access, accidental disclosure, loss or destruction.


  • All personal paper-based and electronic data shall only be accessible to those individuals authorized to have access.



Statistical Recording 


The Company is committed to effective statistical recording of the use of its services in order to monitor usage and performance. 

No statistical records will be issued internally or to third parties, other than in anonymous form, so individuals cannot be recognized.



No records shall be kept in hard copies.  All information relating to service clients and users will be stores on secured computers and/or servers.


Ensuring the Effectiveness of the Policy


All Owners, Associates, Members, and Agents will receive a copy of the confidentiality policy. All new Workers and Employees (Currently company has no workers or employees) will be introduced to the confidentiality policy via induction and training. The policy will be reviewed and updated annually.
